GREEN GOLD SCP -  VERRA VERIFIED CARBON CREDITS - PRESERVING AND GENERATING LIFE.

The GREEN GOLD SCP AMAZON PROJECT (GGAP) conserves 19,933.1100 hectares of native Amazon forest within one private property located in the State of Amazonas in Brazil. During the first 10-year crediting period (2016-2025), the Project succeeded in avoiding the deforestation of  19,933.1100 hectares, resulting in an estimated reduction of approximately 10,403,955 tCO₂e, equivalent to an average annual reduction of approximately 1,040,395 tCO₂e.

The Green Gold SCP Amazon Project falls within the Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sectoral scope and consists of a Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest

Degradation (REDD) project, specifically under the Avoiding unplanned deforestation (AUD) project category. The Project is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) Program Version 4.4 and Methodology VM0048.
